Advanced Training Institute Admissions Text Messages
Effective October 8, 2026
These terms govern text messages sent by Advanced Training Institute ("ATI", "we"), a career school in Las Vegas, Nevada, to people who ask us about our career training programs (the "Program").
1. Program description
Who sends: ATI admissions and student-services staff, each from an assigned ATI phone number. ATI also sends a few automated texts with fixed wording that name ATI: the one-time confirmation after you opt in, a follow-up if we miss your call, a confirmation of a call you request after hours, a confirmation when you book a campus visit by phone, and appointment reminders. A text drafted with AI assistance is always reviewed and sent by a staff member.
Who receives: people who asked ATI for information and opted in, including those who later enroll. We never text purchased or third-party lists.
What about: your own inquiry and enrollment: answers to your questions, campus visit and admissions interview scheduling and reminders, financial aid appointment reminders and document follow-ups, class start information, and replies to anything you text us.
2. How to Opt In
Opting in is optional and is not a condition of enrollment or any purchase. There are two ways to opt in:
On our website. The request-information form (for example on our Contact page) has an optional, unchecked box labeled "(Optional)" that reads: "By checking this box and clicking Submit, I provide my express written consent for Advanced Training Institute to contact me at the phone number I provided regarding educational programs, admissions, and financial aid. I agree to receive calls and text messages (SMS/MMS) that may be delivered using an automatic telephone dialing system, an artificial or prerecorded voice, and artificial intelligence (AI)-generated or AI-assisted voice and text technology. Consent is not a condition of enrollment or of purchasing any property, goods or services. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. I may revoke consent at any time through any reasonable method, including by replying STOP to any text, telling any caller, or emailing [email protected]." Next to it are links to our Privacy Policy and these SMS Terms, and the line: "You do not have to check this box to submit this form." If you leave the box unchecked, the form still submits and we do not text you unless you text us first.
By texting us first. If you text our admissions number, we reply to you by text.
Right after you opt in on the form, you receive one confirmation text: "Advanced Training Institute: You're signed up for texts about your inquiry and admissions. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel." We keep a record of your number, how you opted in, the consent wording and the time you agreed.
3. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You typically receive a few messages a week while your inquiry is active, and ATI does not charge for text messages.
4. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. Reply START to rejoin. You may also revoke consent at any time through any reasonable method, including by telling any caller or emailing [email protected].

6. Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent collected for this Program are used only to operate the Program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
